it has certainly been ages since i last blogged. i dont know why, but the desire to do so has waned.
anyway, i just wanted to say a thank you to the many sweet people who came by for the wake. somehow their presence meant alot to me, and i could not find words enough to thank them face to face.
to samuel, who was there all the time when i needed him to be. thank
you so very much for every single thing you have done for the past 3-4 days. :) i never felt so encouraged and affirmed before.
to michelle, for coming every evening so far! i'm sorry i left early sunday evening so i couldnt catch you but really it was vv touching to hear you went. :) also i need to thank you for so being so agreeable to play for the service tomorrow too! you're a great friend indeed.
to esmond, who came by himself! and even went late for your dinner engagement just so you could drop by to show your support. thanks di :)
to esther and jon, for coming! really didnt expect you guys to drop by, esp jon since you're in the middle of your exams but you did! sorry i was too tired to be very entertaining though..
to bryan, (who most probably wouldnt see this), for trying to get mog to come.. and for coming himself even though he stays so far! you brought me a couple of laughs indeed and it was great having your company.. :)
to stef, huey & shaun, for coming by despite your busy schedules! esp huey and shaun - who are in the middle of their prelims too! thank you dears, your presence warmed my heart up a great deal.
to charlene, for your call - even though i missed it. and your sms of concern.. and for coming too! you are a friend in need and i thank God for you indeed. :)
to serena, for coming too! even though smu's workload is such a killer, you still found time to come! thanks loads my dear girl and it was really heartwarming to have you there.
to zheng, for the smses you sent me and samuel. i was really touched and nearly teared. thanks my dear godbrother.
to xiang, for asking if i'm alright and doing fine, and saying you miss me! i miss you too my darling godsister! *hugs!
to leon & rachel, for coming! :)
hope i havent left anyone out.. been feeling under the weather lately.
sometimes its hard to say how you feel - perhaps the truth of it has yet to sink in. but i thank you all for the concern you have shown and it means so so so much to me.
i am soo thankful for you guys. :)
