its already the end of this week. its so fast! very soon i'd be working and i wont be able to enjoy all the freedom of time i have been luxuriating myself in for the past 2 or 3 months or so. its sad, really.
for example:
i wont be able to go shopping during non-peak hours but instead i would have to jostle with other working ladies in the shops during lunch hour or after work. yucks. went zara at marina square today and saw the really ugly side of singaporean ladies.
i wont be able to sleep late at night, like what i'm doing now! i need my beauty sleep!
i wont be able to travel as and when i like!
i wont be able to go swimming in the late morning or early afternoon anymore
i cant ever have one whole day to myself.
and many many more. too tired to think. =(
as mum puts it succintly, i'm starting to behave as if i am going to prison. hahaha. come to think of it, i do feel that way; a little!
but in exchange, i get
money. *duh!
independence. (i think)
and err.. hm.. err.. what else!
oh dear. please dont tell me i'm going to slog the rest of my life (ok the next 30 yrs or so) just for that! certainly makes you wonder about how impt money really is to you that you would spend so much of your life working for it. its almost scary.
