met daniel and mr ho yesterday. strange feeling seeing my old teacher again. and it was even stranger too when we bumped into mr koh. heh. made me wonder where those days went! i'm now 21, going on to 22, and i cant help wishing i'm back in bhss. life was really good then. haha..
anyway, watched pan's labyrinth yesterday and surprisingly i found myself enjoying the show. i expected it to be just another fantasy show of good triumphing over evil, but no. its almost depressing in its quality, right to the end, and i like that. (of late, i've been attracted to things of such nature, and sandman comics no longer appear so dark to me anymore) in fact, it prompts me to think, and how human nature works. i dont really know how to put it, but it actually helps me understand alot of things. so ya, its a show i'd highly recommend, despite a few graphic scenes.
the next two days are going to be really hectic for me, and bsf has not even started yet. oh man. and i'm going to interview kk seet for the campus observer tomorrow at 12noon. i feel quite apprehensive because he is really rather accomplished in the local arts sector, and he expects a great deal from, well, everything. you'd know who he is if you are a regular reader of Straits Times' Life! he's always featured, somehow. soo well, hope it will go fine indeed. and its really intimidating because this is my very first article for the campus observer. other newbies like me are assigned to writing food reviews about the arts fac makeshift canteen.. how i wish i was doing that instead! less stress! rawrs. haha. oh well. its make it, or break it.
