the retreat to desaru was quite ok. the company was good, but the intensive meetings were a killer! haha i was soo exhausted when it was all over. came back home to sleep before resuming my studies. but! look forward to all the activities we've planned for next yr! it'll be funn! (:
dont really feel like i got to know my fellow core leaders more but oh wells. maybe next time we should incorporate more gelling plans into the itinery. pictures will be up soon!
anyway, i kind of realized that due to my trip to US end of this year, i'll be missing out on alot
alot of activities. i have only just realized that there's something inside me which looks forward to christmas all year round. and now i find that i have to miss it. sigh. blahhh. and its not just christmas, there's a likelihood of missing smash due to jetlag, and i'll be missing michelle's 21st too! ): and by the time i come back from the states, she would have already left for sussex where she's going to do her exchange programme there for 6 mths at least.
oh wells i cant complain. i shouldnt. my mum is putting in alot of money for this trip for me, and the least i can do is to be thankful. so then, i'll be away in the states from 13dec to 31dec. and i'm
definitely going to get a calling card.
one last thing before i go: though i know you wont see this but char, i really really thank God for a friend like you. (:
