there are seriously alot of things for me to be updating on but i am sooo lazy haha.
anyway. had xuan's 21st birthday chalet on fri and sat evening and it was great seeing her again. (: happy birthday in advance my friend. hope we get to meet for a quick lunch or dinner before you leave again..
after her cutting cake ceremony, bj and i dashed to the airport to see xian off. we were all sitting around at bk and talking/cracking jokes on how everyone was there for the fellowship rather than anything else. pretty sad really. if i ever do go away to study, i'd rather a small crowd who means to come to say a heartfelt goodbye than to have a big crowd who doesnt really care a hoot. and so, michelle helped us take this. i like (:
as for today, i mean 24th september sunday, dz treated his family, my mum and i to dinner because he has received his first official paycheck! grins. we went to waraku -- a japanese restaurant at marina square. the food was good and sumptious and i apologize for not getting any pictures because firstly i was lazy to take shots, and secondly i was soo ravenous i had to tuck in once the food was laid before me. haha.. we had dinner pretty late, that's why. but its a place i'd highly recommend, especially during lunch coz they have pretty good value set lunches, according to my mum who claims to eat there at least once a week because the food is so good. so yup, check it out! heh.
its the mid-term break now and starting monday, today, i'm going to start studying/mugging. i had a good enough rest during the weekend and for the next four days it shall be all revision and catching up with schoolwork plus preparation for presentations/tests/term papers. ahh!
