just watched csi season 5 finale (yes i'm slowww but it was broadcast only today on channel 5!) and it was pretty disturbing. i mean, if i was stuck in a coffin, with the serious threat of being eaten alive by fire ants, what would my last thoughts have been? and its strange how we shrink from death, and yet have a morbid attraction that inexplicably draws us to watching death, when it comes to consume another. mmm. this is one of the main reasons why i prefer not to watch shows like this at night.
school workload has been piling up a little by a little, and i realized i do like to procastinate. but its really time to get down to serious studying, if not everything will just build up and in the end i'll find myself being buried under all that load i've heaped on myself.
but, just before that, i'll enjoy one day of shopping! before plunging into the books.. (: lots of people's birthdays are coming up too! ahhh. haha (yesyes stef, i
know!) grin.
anyway, i chanced upon this quote and i found it pretty amusing. love the play on words.
"Television is a medium because anything well done is rare."pretty lame right! haha but i thought it was quite cool.
speaking of languages, i've kind of decided that in my last semester i might take a language module. it doesnt make sense if i had all those language courses at hand for me to choose at liberty, while the same courses outside would set me back quite a bit! as for now, i'm considering french, and i have the added pleasure of bj consenting to also learn french in his next semester in smu! haha we can talk french to one another! (: it would be sooo cool.
and at long last i'm going swimming tomorrow! after 4 weeks of watching my skin gradually returning back to its pasty white color.. i'm
really hoping that tomorrow's weather will hold, and the bright shining sun will be out! haha
