i cant believe it. i cant i cant i cant! haha.. i am finally riding on broadband in the comfort of my..
living room. haha yes you read it right. living room. this is quite retarded. apparently i've signed up for my broadband under my mum's phone line, rather than my grandfather's - which my dinosauric dial up was under. and we, as techno idiots, didnt know that it will make a difference, and happily went ahead and assumed no problems. until.. two days ago. sigh, if not for yuheng i'll still be in a blurry haze. haha.. its great to have a friend from computing indeed! =) he's even teaching me how to get the best downloads online for naruto. grin. this is simply excellent.
bj called me from thailand today! was so happy and surprised to hear his voice coming through the line - he sounded so near as if he was just at home in shunfu rd in good ol singapore. oh well anyway he's already coming back tomorrow around midnight i guess.
i went shopping with aunty ivy and mum today around city hall area for a dress/gown. ended up trying many gowns and dresses.. and empty handed. quite sad la - left my heart behind with a few but oh wells. think i'll just use xuan's one, anyway it looks quite nice too. only thing is that the current white lantern dress i have now is too tight and mum is reluctant to buy another one for me despite my having to suck in my breath when wearing the dress. aunty ivy bought this celia loe dress and it looked fantastic on her! =) mum bought a few jackets from the same shop too.. yup. ok la.
aunty ivy made me think about some things today - my studies and my future. just quite worried la. she asked me to consider social work and stuff but its just a little too late. online bidding for declaring majors and modules begin tomorrow, no, make that today. sigh. i'm bidding my life away. i really have to start to get a clear definition of my ambitions in life, and how i am going to go about it.
