everyone around me seems to be having some problems... its kinda depressing and yet it keeps me thoughtful and makes me realize just how lucky i am. mum and i were talking about how blessed i am over dinner just now... its like... even though there are some parts of my life that is... well, undesirable... God has been really good to me. Remember the lit thing in sec sch? who would have ever imagined that the two schools will merge and then form a lit class which i could attend and eventually got me my A1 in one yr? Only God. who would have allowed me to get into a jc that's so far from my house and yet provided me with a DIRECT bus there where the journey lasts only 1/2 hr, sometimes only 25 min? Only God. how amazing! many many other things.... countless. indeed i'm so blessed! i just cannot thank God enough! =)
things have been rather dull lately... in my life i mean. bj just went back to the jungle again today so there isnt any sound or picture of him... hope that no harm will come to him there... yupz. he's been really good to me lately... calling me sometimes even twice a day even though he's in camp... *smilez* what a wonderful guy... haha steffy and huey ying must be rolling their eyes at this lovelorn cell leader of theirs. hahahahaha... oh well who cares? hehz
sunny called today after a really long while... it was nice talking to him again... nice to know some things just never change... you know? its like sometimes, you just need some things to be constant to keep your sanity. in such an ever changing world... a little constancy would be embraced with open arms indeed.
eric tay dropped by again today, even after bringing jiao over yesterday. think he really nothing better to do sia... hahaha... *whoOps* and today, i took 35 min off on my own (when i'm supposed to be working) to go down and help myself to the U2 sale downstairs where i work... hahahaha... so i was paid for shopping?? hahaha sorry! i couldnt help it! then when i returned, my colleague lihui came and we both went down AGAIN for one whole hr!!! man that was really a bonding session! and it was great, coz there are no supervisors... so the Scent Shop remained closed the whole time we were shopping! (now now, be my good friends and DONT tell anyone... *haha*) bought three blouses $6 each and a nice pair of 3/4 pants for only $19!! what a bargain! *ssshhhh* my mum doesnt know i bought so much either... so yeah... be nice and dont say anything okiez? hahaha... so, all of you out there... if your closet is in DESPERATE need of clothes, just pop over to j8 level 2... you'll see a widespread of clothes from U2. but sorry guys, there's LIMITED guys stuff there... so this is mainly for girls... =) heh... can probably hear derek groaning to that...
and oh yes... this is for my faithful cell girls reading my blog so frequently... what do you guys think of a cell retreat? pasir ris ntuc chalet? but of course must fork out some money of your own la... during march hols? how about that?
oh yeah and ANOTHER thing!! stef, huey ying... you two who hardly memorized ANYTHING for the quiz... guess what? BOTH our teams got into the semi finals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is that BAD news or what?!?!? *hahahahah* charlene burst out laughing when i told her, " charlene, i got super bad news for you... you better be sitting down..." -- in my serious kind of tone... and then, simply, "we got into the semi finals!!!!" argh!!! hahaha... sigh... another day of last minute frantic memorizing again...
and yes, does anyone out there know when are the a level results coming out????? i keep hearing its 3rd march, 10th march, 4th march... cmon pple, be nice and dont confuse this little girl here and get things straight! *grinz*
